Management is tough work, and many of us did not set out with the intention to become a leader, but find ourselves overseeing people in professions we are passionate about. This can be an overwhelming experience when we have a vision of where we want to go, but can’t figure out a way to get there, all together.
At Positive Impact Consulting, we work with executive managament teams, for profit businesses, and non-profit organizations to help people get where they want to go, together.
We do this in various formats: one-on-one consultation and evaluation, workshops, and speaking engagements.
